A judge has ruled that Wellington polo mogul John Goodman will be allowed to visit his ailing mother in Texas, but he'll have to fly commercial and have four deputies with him at all times.
Those rules were put in place to ensure that Goodman, who is awaiting a re-trial early next year for DUI Manslaughter, doesn't flee the country.
The Palm Beach Post reports that 85 year old Harriet Goodman is suffering from an aggressive malignant tumor, and is being treated at a hospital in Houston. She was by her son't side everyday during his trial last year.
Goodman was convicted in the death of Scott Wilson and sentenced to 16 years, but that was all overturned by jury misconduct.
