Report: Tattoo parlor to face fine over allowing Justin Bieber to tattoo

Apparently two-thousand dollars is a small price to pay for having one of the world's biggest pop stars give you a tattoo.  According to the New York "Daily News," the New York City Health Department isn't happy with Justin Bieber after he decided to pick up the needle at a tattoo parlor there last June.

The star tattooed the word "Swaggy" on the leg of his friend and tattoo artist Bang Bang.

Now, his shop could be facing a two-thousand dollar fine for allowing Bieber to use the gun, as he's not licensed by the state.

Bang Bang, whose real name is Keith McCurdy, is also the preferred tattoo artist of other celebrities like Rihanna, Katy Perry and Chris Brown.  In fact, he ran into the same issue back in 2009, when he allowed Rihanna to tattoo the letter "R" onto him and two other artists who work at his shop.
